My name is Irina

I’m devoted to helping perimenopausal women in optimizing their health.

 

I’m a qualified nurse with 20 years of experience. During my work as a nurse I started realizing how conventional medicine is more about symptom management than actually creating health from within. This might be very helpful for emergency situations, but it doesn't work for our epidemic of chronic diseases.

It saddens me that people are just seen as their symptoms that need patching up. What people need is to be heard, understood and looked at through a holistic lens.

As a health coach, I am that person. Together we will look at different areas in your life like nutrition, movement, sleep, stress and environment. Changes in these areas can play a big role into transitioning you towards menopause in a smoother way and towards better health. I want to put you in the driving seat.

My approach is rooted in the belief that each individual is unique, and there's no one-size-fits-all-solution to better health. I firmly believe in the power of nature, that everybody is their own expert in life, and that we need to become more attuned with our bodies again.

Embrace your journey to a new stage in life and take charge of your health

I don't believe in quick fixes, and I don't believe that you need someone to tell you what to do. I believe that you're the expert in your life and with my guidance you will know which lifestyle changes you can make and what fits into your busy schedule. I want you to learn how to love looking after yourself and how to love nurturing your body.

My belief is that: Health doesn't come from a bottle, it comes from within.

I'm a

mum to a very energetic 10 year old daughter and mum to a super bouncy and loving 7 year old cockapoo called Benji. He is my walking buddy and makes sure I go out every day come rain or shine.

In case you want to know my qualifications

I've been a registered nurse for 20 years, I trained as a health coach with the College of Naturopathic Medicine and qualified in 2022. I am a full member of the UKIHCA ( UK International Health Coach Association) which is a professional body for health coaching in the UK and internationally.
