What is health coaching?


We all know what we should be doing to live a healthy lifestyle, but it is so hard to put this into practice and make new healthy habits last or even get started with it.

How many times have we been on different diets, forced ourselves for example not to eat certain things or be very enthusiastic going to the gym or start running only to find out after a short while, that we can’t sustain these habits and have fallen back into the old unhealthy habits. I have certainly gone through this numerous times and it can be very frustrating and disheartening.

What if I told you though that we all have the resources within us to be able to make those lasting healthy changes to be the healthiest version of ourselves?


As a health coach I will  listen to you and your health concerns and help you establish the goals that are right for you to improve your health. I believe that you’re the expert in your life and I will empower you to take back control of your life. We will look into different areas of your life like nutrition, movement, stress and sleep or anything else that might get in the way of you being able to establish a healthy lifestyle. It’s about establishing sustainable healthy habits that last.  I will be your ally on this journey and will support you.
